It's not going to be a pleasant day. The Five of Wands symbolizes frustration and conflict. You are in the thick of whatever that may be which is contributing to your struggles. Things are most definately "out of whack". No consensus. Too many diverse opinions. Who's in charge? Where's the solution admidst all these competing voices?
